My appt was at 8am I got there early they got me in and out in less than hour.. they were nice and friendly

Our salesman Elijah did an excellent job. We drove from Oklahoma to Texas to see the vehicle we purchased. Prior to coming to Texas, Elijah sent us photos and even took a video of the vehicle before we left Oklahoma. Our finance guy did an excellent job as well.

I'm continually shocked to just help poor the services from this dealership. When I purchase the truck they bragged about the fact that when I brought in the first service they had thrown our vehicles available. In 5 months of ownership the truck has been in service nearly two of the 5 months. Not once has there been a loner available. They never update on the progress of the repair. I'm left repeatedly calling in leaving a message hoping for a call back that never comes. I finally got the vehicle back and I'm looking for GM to repurchase. I love the truck but a repurchase will give me the opportunity to start fresh with a new dealer that can hopefully do what they say they're going to do.

The whole experience was laid back, no pressure, and easy-going employees. The dealership was clean and well taken care of and the selection of vehicles was large.

Simple and easy

Our Salesperson, Cassie, was wonderful. We've now purchased two vehicles from her, and if we hadn't had a great experience the first time, we definitely wouldn't have returned. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to search and find us the vehicle we want, even if it's not on the lot at the time. Our finance guy, Ryan, clearly loves his job and the product they sell. I think he was more excited than my husband when we purchased our truck! lol
