I greatly appreciate the speed of the service and most importantly, the customer service. My questions and concerns we quickly answered and they followed up about a quote for a replacement part within 24 hours. Several other staff members walking through the service center waiting room were polite and asked if I wanted a drink or controls to the TV, but did not attempt any high pressure sales talk like I had experienced at another company's service center. That alone made me feel extreme valued as a customer there and I will be buying Chevy vehicles from now on because I feel like they value me as a customer and what I was there for, not as a potential sales lead to make money off of only.

I had an appointment for an oil change and i had a horrible experience with Chris Shannon the service adviser. When i arrived i was not greeted, when i checked in the wait time was great i didn't have to wait a long time. Now when it came to paying for the oil change i had a question about the invoice and Chris laughed instead of explaining everything on the invoice. That was very disrespectful & i will be calling for a manager on Monday. I also asked Chris to put in my Chevy Member ID to earn points for this purchase & he instead redeemed the points which was okay i guess... but the whole experience was very disappointing & there was lack of communication. I did not feel comfortable being there.
